Also, we received a wonderful review from Prog Wereld which you can find here: https://www.progwereld.org/.../infinitome-beyond-the-beyond/. A brief excerpt (courtesy of Google translate), "The First and Second Movements start in the best Yes tradition with an unbridled instrumental energy that we know from The Flower Kings...." Wow, another great review for our first album “Voyage Home!” This excellent review is from Highlands Magazine in France, issue 112, which comes out this June 2022. Here are some brief excerpts (translated):

For a first album, VOYAGE HOME demonstrates an astonishing musical and compositional maturity….

Ample and triumphant keyboards for the intro of Arrival, (11'52), preceding the arrival of melodious guitars blending into the instrumental ensemble dominated by a rhythm section always rich and imaginative with strong breaks and rolls…..

Outstanding achievement.”

You can find the magazine here: http://highlands.fanzine.free.fr/ and here: https://www.facebook.com/HIGHLANDS-MAGAZINE-297781100582/. It’s totally worth checking out - they have some great review and articles!

Thanks Highlands Magazine!

I am excited to let everyone know that we’re almost done with recording everything for our second album! And Scott Higham recorded some unbelievably amazing drums again! We’ve already sent the completed tracks to Karl Groom, who will be mixing our second album again. I’m still working on some things though. We don’t have a planned release date to share yet, but the wheels are definitely in motion….

We have also continued to receive some amazing reviews for “Voyage Home” since I last posted (I’ve been extremely negligent in posting).

From Strutter'zine (an international website from Holland) in October 2021:

“…from the lovely Arrival onwards until the very end, it is melodic instrumental progressive rock/prog metal and symphonic rock/metal of an incredible high level. There’s not a single weak moment to be found here and all I can say that every prog fan need to check out this superb instrumental album! Especially the amazing extensive titletrack Voyage Home brings you straight into extase, because this 18 minutes counting epic journey delivers the best in instrumental prog/sympho I have heard in ages!http://strutter.mysite.com/HOTNEWREVIEWS2021OCTOBER2021b.html

This website has some great reviews and recommendations, so check out their homepage at: http://strutter.mysite.com/site_header.html.

We are so excited to receive another amazing review for our debut album "Voyage Home," this time from the ultimate Dutch language progressive rock webpage, Progwereld (https://www.progwereld.org/).

Here is an excerpt from the review (using Google translate):

“...the hired top drummer Scott Higham (Pendragon, Caamora, Alan Reed), who with his energetic playing especially gives the energetic passage extra shine and also provides a good portion of rock. The music is usually very melodic and flowing, but fortunately not always. The brothers don't shy away from a nice lick of jazz and at some passages it seems as if they invent what they are playing on the spot... From start to finish, the great sounds and variety will keep you on the edge of your seat…. What a debut the Infinitome brothers deliver! With Karl Groom's excellent production, this Infinitome epic sounds so mature that it's hard to believe it's their first release. ‘Voyage Home’ is downright indulgence for classical keyboard and guitar aficionados.”

We are very excited that Infinitome received a very positive and thoughtful review of our debut album "Voyage Home" from the amazing progressive rock website Dutch Progressive Rock Page (https://www.dprp.net/). "Each track is superbly crafted and contains multiple musical ideas. Lesser bands would stretch the ideas in a single track, over the length of an album. The tracks brim with a multiplicity of vintage and modern keyboards with lashings of guitar, all given a rock-solid foundation by the rhythm section." Check it out! And thank you DPRP!! https://www.dprp.net/reviews/2021/085.

We are busy working on our second album. It’ll be another concept album. We’re still thinking of album titles, and writing out the storyline, as well tinkering with the music and recording. We think it’s going to rock!

We are happy to report that the album is pretty much done, and should be released soon! Hopefully we’ll get this out in February, or very early March at this point. It’s been an exciting couple months listening to all the mixing iterations of the album, done by the awesome Karl Groom. He really made this album sound so much better than we could have imagined.

I’m also super excited that our album will feature guest vocals by my good friend, the amazing Rinaldo Martinez on one song (the rest is instrumental - do the singing in your head!). You can find him at Insta: rinimartininski. And here is a video of Rinaldo singing an awesome medley a few years back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGyiGH5jkvY

And remember that you can find a video made by our special guest drummer Scott Higham with snippets of him recording for the album. You don’t have to take our word for the energy and awesome and amazing drumming Scott brought to the album, you can hear it for yourself here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuFJdPbn0DM&t
